  1. ReadMe MakeRefMovie

  3. MakeRefMovie is an application that lets you create movies with
  4. alternate tracks for different Internet connection speeds or other 
  5. criteria. For information on how to use MakeRefMovie, check out this

  10. Windows release notes
  11. The Windows version of MakeRefMovie operates as much like the Macintosh
  12. version as possible. There are, however, some minor differences 
  13. between the two versions.

  15. (1) The Windows version of MakeRefMovie allows you to work on only one
  16. reference movie at a time. The name of that movie is displayed in the 
  17. status bar at the lower left of the MakeRefMovie window. At any time, 
  18. however, you can close the current reference movie and open an existing 
  19. one or create a new one.

  21. (2) As with the Mac version, you can add movies to the reference movie 
  22. by selecting the "Add Movie File" menu item in the Movie menu or by 
  23. dragging them from the desktop into the MakeRefMovie window. As in the 
  24. Mac version, you can add URLs to a reference movie by selecting the 
  25. "Add URL" menu item; in the Windows version, you can also drag a text 
  26. file into the MakeRefMovie window, where each line of the text file
  27. specifies a single URL.
